Position : Food and Beverage Manager - ASAI Gamuda Cove
Job Objectives : Managing the department and the incumbent must maintain guest service and F&B standards to meet the market needs & guest expectations. F&B manager must be in charge of overall supervision, planning, training, coordinating and communicating with staff within the department. Able to identify market needs and trends in F&B area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure optimal performance, cost control, and profitability.
- Manage restaurant and bar operations while developing and implementing new F&B trends and innovative lifestyle hotel products.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and develop menus that meet market demands and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards and ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Plan and execute outlet promotions in coordination with the Marketing team and outlet managers.
- Manage food, beverage, and wine programs with precise costing, quality control, and stock management.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L analysis to drive business growth.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Promote energy and water conservation initiatives without affecting guest comfort.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and guests.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to develop and retain a high-performing team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant disciplineMinimum of 4-5 years in F&B experience in a similar capacityGood knowledge in the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage / Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage managementExcellent English communication skills both in written and spokenPossess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSeniority level
