Position : Food and Beverage Manager - ASAI Gamuda Cove

Job Objectives : Managing the department and the incumbent must maintain guest service and F&B standards to meet the market needs & guest expectations. F&B manager must be in charge of overall supervision, planning, training, coordinating and communicating with staff within the department. Able to identify market needs and trends in F&B area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure optimal performance, cost control, and profitability.
• Manage restaurant and bar operations while developing and implementing new F&B trends and innovative lifestyle hotel products.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and develop menus that meet market demands and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Plan and execute outlet promotions in coordination with the Marketing team and outlet managers.
• Manage food, beverage, and wine programs with precise costing, quality control, and stock management.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L analysis to drive business growth.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Promote energy and water conservation initiatives without affecting guest comfort.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and guests.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to develop and retain a high-performing team.
