People Services Specialist

Overview

People Services Specialist at MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) / Offshore Frontier Solutions. Based in KL Eco City, Malaysia. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage People operations process : oversee and manage end-to-end employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers with accurate documentation and compliance with People policies and procedures.
• Support annual People cycle including performance management exercises and audits; upkeep accurate data and employee records.
• Manage HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data; perform regular audits and reconciliations for data consistency and accuracy.
• Support process efficiency initiatives; collaborate with the People team to analyse processes and identify improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Administer employee benefits program including insurance movement, corporate passes, and corporate gifting.
• Work pass management : handle foreign workers’ work passes applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances; provide advisory on eligibility.
• Support implementation of People policies and processes; oversee maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information and guidance.
