What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage outlet sales teams to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans based on market data and trends.
- Review team and individual performance to ensure consistent growth.
- Plan and execute promotions and sales packages that drive revenue.
- Visit outlets regularly to support on‑ground operations and ensure brand alignment.
- Analyze sales and customer data to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Strategize and execute outlet expansion in line with company growth.
- Ensure top‑notch customer experience and handle key inquiries or escalations.
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail or shop management (homeware, sanitary ware, or similar industry preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with proven results in multi‑outlet sales management.
- Data‑driven mindset — able to turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team management skills.
- Willing to travel for outlet visits and performance monitoring.
