HLH Building & Construction Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing company specializing in building construction and commercial fit-out projects across Malaysia.
We’re looking for a reliable and organized HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and general office administration. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to grow in HR and office management within a dynamic and expanding construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
- Assist in recruitment processes : job posting, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Process monthly payroll, claims, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Assist in HRDF claims, training coordination, and staff engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company HR policies.
Administrative Functions
Manage general office administration, filing, and document organization.Prepare letters, memos, and basic HR reports.Support procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.Assist in licensing renewals and company compliance documentation.Coordinate communication between departments, suppliers, and management.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in HR and administration (construction industry preferred).Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory submissions.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR / payroll systems (e.g., SQL HR, Kakitangan).Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently.What We Offer
