Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding until offboarding.
Handle monthly payroll & statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF).
Administer staff benefits : leave, insurance, medical, etc.
Maintain accurate employee records & HR databases.
Prepare and submit Form E.
Handle staff disciplinary issue in align with Malaysia Labour Law.
Admin & Compliance
Oversee tenancy agreements and all business licenses (e.g., SSM, DBKL, premise).
Handle road tax & insurance for company vehicles.
Coordinate with outlets on admin and compliance matters.
Perform other ad-hoc Administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Valued Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR / admin role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & statutory requirements.
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Able to speak / read Mandarin is an added advantage due to business nature.
Able to start on short notice or immediately is preferred.
