It is looking to hire a competent HRA Executive with recruitment experience to assist in its recruitment and expansion programme.
Job Summary
To be responsible for Human Resource and Administrative work including recruitment and talent retention, monitoring attendance and leave, employee relations, industrial issues, staff insurance, events, reception of guests and overseas visitors, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Requisition
- Source and screen potential candidates from various channels
- Liaise with respective HOD for interview arrangements
- Brief and orient new joiners, including fingerprint setting, opening of RHB Account, pre-employment medical check-up, HR policy brief, ISO 9001 procedures, quality policies, issuance of PPE (if any)
- Arrange work station, raise computer and email address request for new join
Talent Assessment and Development
Coordinate staff Performance Appraisal with the relevant HOD and staffPrepare staff probation evaluation form for HOD to evaluateIdentify and analyze training needs and prepare training proposals by identifying gaps and competencies requiredTalent Retention
Coordinate employee engagement activities and arrangements (birthday cakes, company annual dinner, company trip, etc.)Liaise with HSSE Department on staff health and safety issuesMonitor staff attendance and leave applicationsGenerate daily exception report on absenteeism, lateness, early off, etc., and highlight to HOD and HR Manager respectivelyAdministrative Support
Assist in organizing events, reception of guests, etc.Assist in any administrative tasks assignedQualification / Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalentAt least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR, especially in recruitment processesProven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house recruiter or with a recruitment agencyFluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa MalaysiaProficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clientsApplication Questions
