Account Assistant (AR)

Responsibilities

• a) Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• b) Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
• c) Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• d) Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items.
• e) Keep files of goods shipped and received.
• f) Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
• g) Liaise with statutory bodies related to income taxes and related financial matters.
• h) Assist with planning, organizing, and controlling finance, accounting taxation, and budgetary control.
• i) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
