Executive, Marketing Authority Liaison

Support execution of policies, marketing activities, GLP Marketing Activities

Assist in all matters pertaining to government agencies and authorities (KPKT / PDT / PBT and Etc)

Handling Key in System (HIMS) (APDL / 7F and Etc)

Handling Key in System (NAPIC)

Oversee production of advertising materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters).

Work closely with internal department to gather information and resolve issue

Keep the company informed of any changes in local regulations, policies or laws that may affect current and future developments

Provide general support to the manager and take on ad-hoc tasks as required time to time

Provide support for GLP Team (Planning / Project / Marketing) when required

Good relationship management and interact professionally with all parties.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required for this position.

Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Good analytical skills.

Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia; Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

Possess own transport, wiling to travel occasionally.
