What You’ll Do
- Drive new business conversations by hunting for and pinpointing target accounts across key industries such as advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and robotics.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo to create strategic outreach lists and tailor your approach.
- Develop compelling messages that educate prospects and highlight the value of intelligent automation.
- Connect and qualify by engaging with potential clients to explore their current automation workflows and identify key pain points.
- Assess opportunities that are the best fit based on their applications and strategic potential.
- Schedule introductory meetings and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our senior sales team.
- Inform and improve our strategy by working closely with the marketing team to test and optimize campaign messaging, and be the voice of the customer providing critical feedback on market trends and competitive insights.
- Ensure all activities and customer interactions are accurately tracked in our CRM.
What You’ll Bring
1-3 years of experience in a proactive sales or business development role, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or an industrial field.Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and on the phone.Hands‑on experience with sales automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.A plus if you have : A basic understanding of manufacturing processes, robotics, or CAD software.Application Process
