Location

Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur, Port Klang, or Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the office, including hiring, training, and staff development to international standards.
• Lead international market expansion to enhance global presence and market penetration.
• Rapidly expand the LCL / FCL business across Malaysia.
• Identify, screen, and develop high‑quality local suppliers and overseas agents; negotiate competitive rates to improve service offerings.
• Formulate business strategies and plans; assemble and lead a team to pursue growth and meet targets.
• Negotiate route contracts and maintain and expand route resources to maximize profits.
• Handle and resolve transportation issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Gather market intelligence, including customer feedback, trends, and competitor insights; provide actionable product improvement suggestions.
• Report business progress to the Board of Directors and ensure board policies are implemented.
