Senior Account Executive

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare payment batches and ensure payments are made according to agreed credit terms.
• Handle staff claims and employee reimbursement in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor master data and ensure completeness of supporting documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment status, and queries promptly.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accounts are up to date.
• Month-End Closing & Reporting
• Assist in the month-end closing process, including accruals, AP aging, and payment cut-off.
• Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare AP-related reports as required by management.
• Compliance & Internal Controls
• Ensure all AP transactions comply with company policies, internal controls, and local tax regulations (e.g., SST / e‑Invoice requirements, withholding tax if applicable).
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping of all AP documents.
• Support system implementation, automation, or process improvement projects within the AP function.
• Propose ideas to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP processes.
• Ad Hoc Support
• Perform additional ad hoc finance‑related tasks and assignments as required by management.
