Overseeing daily IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data, including risk assessments and disaster recovery planning. Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization\'s overall goals, including long-term planning and policy development. Managing IT projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, and progress monitoring. Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance. Job Requirements

A bachelor\'s degree in a related field like Computer Science or Information Technology Strong technical knowledge, especially in areas like infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity Knowledge in regulatory compliance and IT governance standards Strong vendor management and budgeting experience
