Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to manage both sales and administrative functions. This role involves handling customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and performing administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp & phone calls
- Prepare invoices & receipts
- Manage and update customer records, CRM, and databases
- Track and follow-up on leads, appointments, and payment status
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns
- Support online store operations (if applicable—Shopee, website, etc.)
