As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product / service information.

What You Will Do :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests
- Provide
first-level troubleshooting and dispatch engineers for hardware-related issues
Assist customers with product guidance, warranty registration inquiriesRespond to inquiries on e-Shop orders, deliveries, training, and gift redemptionsAccurately record and update cases in CRM, escalate issues as needed and perform follow-upsMaintain professionalism and courteous communication to ensure customer satisfactionPerform administrative tasks as assignedWhat Makes You A Good Fit :
Must have SPM or equivalent qualification
Must be able to read and speak in Mandarin
Must be able to speak in English fluently
Strong interpersonal skills and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to commute to Ara Damansara
Must be able to work on rotational shifts (no night shift is required)
