Executive – Non-Motor Operations (1 year contract)
The incumbent is responsible to process the policy, endorsement and payment refund based on the submission case assigned in CPC-Non-Motor Operations; achieve the individual goals assigned and adhere to governance, compliance and regulations. Individual Responsibilities : Business Operations Attend and process the submission request and case assigned via email, CRM and public folder Check and process the policy and endorsement as per the terms, approval and information submitted and issue the policy within the limit assigned Monitor and meet the processing turnaround times and escalate for resolution if required Assist Team Leader in case assignment and monitor the completion of submission within turnaround time Raise, approve or authorise the payment requisition within the policy allowed terms and payment limit authority Liaise with Distribution and follow through for completion of transaction / document within a reasonable timeline and escalate if required Identify and raise business process improvement opportunity continuously to upkeep the process efficiency and effectiveness Prepare and submit the assigned periodic report accurately and timely Participate in any ad-hoc assignment when required Compliance Safekeep the customer documents (hardcopy and e-copy) after processed and filed in accordance to SOPs Adhere to the clean desk policy Adhere to SOPs, guidelines, regulations and laws Job Requirement Bachelor's Degree in any field or Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in operations Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply Eager to learn new knowledge This role will be based in our HQ at Pavilion Damansara Height.
