- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure or solar PV projects, with at least 2 years in project management.
- Proven experience managing utility‑scale LSS or power plant projects above 30MW.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Project for project scheduling.
- Familiar with TNB connection processes, ST regulations, and Malaysian construction standards.
- CIDB and PMP certifications are an added advantage.
