Design and deliver product training sessions (in-person, online, and hybrid) on Hisense TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other categories.
Localize global training materials to suit the Malaysian market and retail environment.
Conduct product demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and role-playing simulations for sales staff and promoters.
Train retail teams on key selling points, customer engagement techniques, and competitive advantages.
Share real-world sales scenarios, objection-handling strategies, and up-selling methods.
Support launch events, retail campaigns, and product roadshows with training support and training related ad-hoc tasks.
Evaluation & Improvement Monitor training effectiveness through pre / post assessments, feedback, and store visit evaluations.
Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted refreshers or skill-boosting modules.
Track KPIs related to training impact on sell-out and promoter performance.
Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to align training content with product strategy.
Prepare monthly training reports, analysis, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with key dealers, partners, and store managers.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Passion for technology, innovation, and consumer behaviour
Strong command of language in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Ability to create training videos, sales scripts, or digital learning contents
