Senior HR

Responsibilities : HR Side :

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Administer payroll and benefits, working closely with the finance & accounts team
• Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
• To facilitate on ISO Certification Process (9001, 14001)
