Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions in the Company, including but not limited to : -
Responsible for recruitment and using creativity to source and attract candidates using LinkedIn databases, social media, etc.
Handling the company's payroll and ensure full compliance with statutory deduction and contribution
Manage the full spectrum of HR function including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, payroll administration, HR policies and procedure.
Must be well versed in the Labor Law and enforce discipline and security
Handle expatriates employment pass related matters such as application, renewal and termination, including management of foreign employees' welfare
Manage the day-to-day administrative and operation activities of the group of companies.
Implement and maintain the ISO document control and record control procedures
Sales order process and general purchasing for the office needs.
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operations.
To undertake any assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties when required.
Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience in related fields preferably in technology company.
Applicants should be knowledgeable in labour law, industrial relation and related regulations, all human resource and administration matters
Possesses effective communication skills and strong in English language
Excellent work attitude, able to multi task and work independently.
Able to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
Candidates with knowledge of ISO procedures has added advantage.
