Job Responsibilities :
- Handling incoming calls by answering, screening and forwarding them, while providing basic information as needed.
- To welcome all guest and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Maintain security by following procedures.
- Received and sort daily mail, deliveries and couriers.
- Manage employee uniforms, office supplies, documents, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls and courier services.
- Assist in scheduling meetings & interview , appointments, and office maintenance.
- Handle office management including license application / renewal.
- Help in organizing HR activities, such as employee engagement events and training sessions.
- Other assigned duties are required..
Job Requirements :
Candidate must posses at least Certificate and aboveMinimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.Independent and result oriented with good communication skills.Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.Highly responsible & dynamic.Station at reception counter.Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
