Assist the General Manager of the Malaysia branch in daily operations; support management tasks such as scheduling, meeting organization, process tracking, document management, and distribution. Ensure smooth execution of internal workflows, including but not limited to administration, HR, and procurement.
- Project Coordination : Coordinate cross-departmental projects between China and the Malaysia team to ensure project goals are achieved. Track progress and provide timely updates to the General Manager.
- GM Office Operations : Manage coordination and task execution for the General Manager's Office, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation of key matters.
- Headquarters Liaison : Support coordination of raw materials and procurement, including customs clearance for imported materials.
- Business Negotiation Support : Provide consecutive interpretation during business meetings and events in Malaysia; serve as on-site interpreter for external communications.
- Documentation & Translation : Translate company documents, standards, and business correspondence; draft and respond to official letters with high translation quality and accuracy.
- Team Building & HR Support : Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR management, supporting team development and organizational growth.
