What You’ll Do :
- Own the Product Lifecycle : Lead product discovery, design, development, and delivery from concept to launch.
- Define Product Requirement Documents : Conduct feasibility study, and write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Define Roadmap : Translate PolicyStreet’s vision and Digital Insurer transformation strategy into a clear product roadmap with priorities tied to customer and business value.
- User Research + Improvement Plan : Conduct research, interviews, and market analysis to deeply understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, UI / UX, Data, Operations, and Marketing to deliver the required features on time.
- GTM Partnership : To ensure internal readiness, smooth product launches and customer adoption.
- Continuous Improvement : Track product performance post-launch, analyze usage data, and recommend enhancements / improvements needed.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all product development and launches meet Bank Negara Malaysia’s digital insurer compliance requirements.
