We are looking for a Customer Service Executive that focus more on chat engagement that has a great character and positive demeanour to serve our esteemed and potential customers, that keep them in great spirit and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Strive to leave the customer with a positive customer experience after every contact by being fast and responsive to their needs.
- Manage inbound and outbound chat and occasional calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and / or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Actively update “scripts” when information changes.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication skills along with active listening.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.Excellent typing skill.Able to work shift-based schedule, covering weekends and public holidays.Plus Points When Applying
Previous experience in a customer support role.Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.Any customer service or communication related certification.Why Work With Us?
