Proficiency in Mandarin; Candidates must possess at least SPM; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; Has a strong interest in new media and the Xiaohongshu ecosystem; Communicates well and enjoys helping others grow; Is responsible, proactive, and able to think independently; Possesses good writing and logical reasoning skills; Has prior experience in education, training, or customer service (preferred but not required). Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and guidance to students via WhatsApp, voice call, or Zoom;
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally to ensure an excellent experience;
- Follow up on students’ progress, assist in class arrangements and Zoom live sessions (on rotation);
- Collect and record student success stories, and assist them in producing high-quality Xiaohongshu posts;
- Create and improve customer journey SOPs, service manuals, and delivery documents;
- Handle feedback or complaints efficiently, provide effective solutions, and ensure proper follow-up.
