Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on Toyota models, features, accessories, and automotive trends.
- Sales Process : Assist customers in making informed decisions through product comparisons, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Test Drives : Offer test drives to prospects and provide product demonstrations.
- Vehicle Preparation : Prepare vehicles for delivery, including cleaning, fueling, and ensuring all features are operational.
- Paperwork and Documentation : Handle paperwork, loan applications, and warranty information.
- Sales Training : Participate in sales training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service : Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
