Job Description

  • Supervise and lead the team to ensure smooth operations in document collection, trade loans, and LC advising and issuance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor daily trade operations to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Review and approve trade documentation in line with established guidelines.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and operational metrics to senior management.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • A strong academic background in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in trade operations within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in all areas of international trade.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of document collection, LC advising, and issuance processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in banking.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
