Nursing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as an assistant to the nursing manager
• To help manage several assisted living homes in Petaling Jaya
• To assist in leading a team of staff responsible for the care of residents.
• Be responsible for the value of service quality
• To help build a strong team of committed, effective and professional staff.
• Lead and control service quality and provide smooth delivery of care to residents.
• To control rosters, duty lists and leave arrangement of staff
• Responsible for administration of home after working hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Monitor support and motivate staff as well as prepare orientation for new staff and help with organizing of staff training.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Nursing

Training will be provided

Able to perform shift work.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From RM5,000.00 per month
