Nurse / Nursing Aide

About the role

Ixora Senior Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse or Nursing Aide to join our team at our care home facility in Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality nursing care and support to our residents, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort.

What you'll be doing

• Providing direct nursing care and assistance to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans for residents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all care provided
• Promoting a safe and nurturing environment for residents, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Assisting with the orientation and training of new nursing staff
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices
