Job Description
- Identify and develop clientele offering the greatest revenue potential.
- Promote and sell NNR services.
- Make calls on establish professional relationship with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction and demonstrate NNR’s commitment towards service quality.
- Maintain record of customer activities and files to ensure record-keeping and consistency.
- Achieve target sales calls, sales lead and routing orders assigned by immediate manager.
- Respond to sales leads and quotations in a timely manner.
- Confers with customers and internal departments to resolve challenges.
- To perform any other duties as and when required.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales and business development within the logistics or related industryStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain long‑term client relationshipsTeam collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with internal departments2‑5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain managementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is an advantageSeniority level
