【你的"绝世武功"】(工作内容) :

• 微信 / WhatsApp / OTA平台线上客服支持,协助客人顺利入住 / 退房(不露脸,也不飙车)
• 收到平台留言?你是"秒回选手"不让客人等到焦虑
• 客人问 Wi-Fi 密码 / 空调怎么开 / 电磁炉怎么用?你比说明书还清楚
• 客人提出问题?你善于安抚、灵活协调,搞定打扫、换房等事项
• 跟清洁、维修、运营同事配合,做客人和团队之间的润滑剂
• 系统操作录入、留评请求、订单备注、投诉跟进等,都能井井有条
• 有时候也要像特工一样察觉"差评预警"——提前干预、避免爆炸
