Human Resources Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in human resources or any related field Having the ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions Strong time management skills that ensure task is completed on a timely manner Has a strong commercial awareness and business knowledge Detail oriented Ability to plan, design and measure staff KPI Proficient in MS Office Application Good interpersonal and communication skills Counselling knowledge and skills Added advantage for fluent English, Malay & Mandarin speaking & writing. There will be frequent communications with Chinese Clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement programmes and initiatives that constantly motivate employees.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboard new joiners.
- Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- Supervise the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Administer payroll process and prepare monthly relevant payroll reports,
- Analyse and manage HR performance KPI's in order to improve the overall performance of organizations (absenteeism, turnover, discipline).
- Provide human resources monitoring and advice to the executive leadership team and all managers and employees of the scope, with the framework of group HR policy.
- Responsible for application and renewal of foreign workers.
- Foreign workers and hotels management.
- Any other duties and HR projects assigned.
