Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare letters of offers and employment contracts for new joiners Prepare new hire poster and blast welcome emails Retrieve required documentation from new hires prior to their joining Maintain the master list of all employees and update respective departments on new hires\' expected joining dates; upload information into the system Extend 100-Days Plan to new employees to ensure a clear understanding of initial objectives and goals Manage and oversee the buddy system to pair new employees with experienced team members for onboarding Assist with HR induction processes to ensure effective onboarding Manage NAM card / name card processes to ensure confirmed employees receive NFC name cards Maintain personnel-related files and records such as P-files and timesheets Assist in onboarding new hires and off-boarding / clearance for resignations, including exit interviews Perform other ad-hoc administration duties as required Oversee OMGEMS planning of company events and activities, ensuring plans run according to schedule Assist in planning and organizing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives Oversee and manage corporate discount programs, ensuring employees are informed and can access available benefits Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects as needed Assist with ad-hoc HR initiatives and activities Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Overview
As an HR Executive at OMG Malaysia, you will gain practical experience and develop essential skills in the field of Human Resources. You will support the HR team in various activities, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and prepare you for a successful career in Human Resources.

Recruitment
- Craft and redesign job descriptions and post job ads on job portals
- Liaise with hiring managers on job requirements to gather job brief and obtain approval on each hiring request
- Source, screen and identify potential candidates for different departments & functions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates for hiring managers
- Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidates\' employment history, skills, and qualifications
- Extend offers to candidates and explain in detail the offer package and job expectations
