Senior Billing Executive (UAT)

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct and lead the team in user acceptance testing (UAT) for billing system after the enhancements are made. Review the test plan and test result provided by TMO. Liaise with stakeholders to finalize billing requirements. Prepare briefing materials and conduct briefing to the operations team prior to the launch of new initiatives. Review processes, identify gaps and recommend enhancement within the area to increase efficiency and productivity. Support digital transformation, involve in digitalization projects and automation of work processes. Provide comprehensive training to team members and reporting staff for succession planning and back-up. Any other duties assigned by the Manager. Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / IT / Business or equivalent. Preferably minimum 4 years of UAT experience for billing system with the experience of leading a team. Preferably minimum 1-2 years of exposure to Automation tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong analytical skills, eye for detail, meticulous and digital savvy. Possess effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders. Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
