You will consult and support Product Managers in the Business Units and global market organizations along the Product data processes to bring high quality product information to customers. You will learn about Hilti’s business, the process from need for new sales items up to the items being displayed on the Digital Platform and purchasable by Hilti customers. You will be part of a dynamic global team by promoting quality practices and improving business processes. Responsibilities

(core areas) : Consult, train and support the Global Marketing community with the right setup for their product data and information in preparation for product launches. Drive and support the continuous improvement of systems based on feedback from daily user interactions, working closely with teammates and the IT department. Drive and support projects to further improve and enhance the system landscape and processes. Note : Hilti introduced over 100 new products, services and software solutions last year; Global PPM conceives, aligns and owns the frameworks that enable and expedite this collaboration to increase speed to market. to succeed : We provide a stable working environment, support, learning and development, and a strong team. Please bring the following : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration and 2 years of relevant professional experience; Master’s degree is a plus Ability for interdisciplinary teamwork and project management capabilities End-to-end perspective (planning, implementing, maintaining, continuous improvement and documentation) Good analytical skills and affinity for IT systems; experience with ERP and PIM systems is a plus Exceptional written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus Why apply?
