Junior Sales Executive - ShopeeFood (Pahang) - Fresh Grads are Welcome!
Based in Pahang. Shopee Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Monitor merchants' performance by Areas to ensure merchants are on par with Shopee's current product promo, channel, or campaigns.
- Work closely with merchants' account management.
- Observe and report competitor activities / programs in respective Areas and review their effectiveness, threats, and opportunities towards Shopee.
- Propose Quick Win actions to maintain competitiveness within Areas.
- Explore green-field areas within Areas for further expansion.
- Achieve sales targets for co-funding and campaigns, leading to revenue increase.
- Ensure Shopee's presence is visible within Areas managed.
- Identify high-potential accounts and convert them to Shopee merchants.
Requirements
Based in Pahang.SPM or Diploma in any field (preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing).Sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Telco industry.Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce / digital payments.Effective presentation skills with good business acumen.Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.Proactively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions.Excellent command of English; ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to communicate with merchants from diverse backgrounds.Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs.Job details
