about the role

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of contract and commercial management across building projects - from tender stage to final account.

• Oversee pre- and post-contract management activities
• Handle tendering, contract review, claims, variations, and cost control
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters
• Manage progress claims, payments, and final accounts
• Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors
