Job Description :
- Responsible for evaluation and preparation of project progress claim and verification of sub-contractor's monthly claims.
- To resolve all contractual and commercial issues and disputes at site.
- Manage, control & validate all costings and changes within the allocated budget.
- Review and recommend contractual claim and changes for verification & certification by superior.
- Responsible for contract administration in accordance to the condition of contract.
- Ensure operational work processes and documentations are in compliance with company's ISO.
- Manage and initiate tendering processes, conduct tender interviews, evaluation and analysis of cost, recommendation for award of tender and preparation of letter of award.
Job Requirements :
Professional Certificate / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or equivalent.At least 10 years' experience in the construction / property development industry.Familiar with both PWD and PAM Conditions of Contract.Able to work independently in handling pre and post tender.Vast knowledge in infrastructure works such as flood mitigation, water treatment plant, and etc will be an added advantageStrong knowledge of pre and post contract works.
Possess good analytical and negotiation skills.
Good management skill, a team player and able to cope in an accelerated work environment.Able to work independently under pressure within tight deadlines, and possess a high level of integrity.
