About the role

Syauqi Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chargeman AO to join our team in our Shah Alam, Selangor office. As a Chargeman AO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical operations within our facilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency are maintained at all times.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and support staff
• Ensure all electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address electrical issues and concerns
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance
• Monitor and analyse electrical consumption data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical work undertaken and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
