Job Responsibilities
Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation and providing technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and required applications on PCs and laptops. Monitor and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
Providing system support to application needs and maintaining the door access system.
Setup, Support & Coordinate VOIP system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Organise and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
Maintaining IT inventory and asset management systems.
Maintain records / logs of software installs, repairs, fixes and loans, and maintenance schedule.
