Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer quotations with accuracy.
- Handle invoicing (in & out) and maintain proper records.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- To monitor the Sales Support activities and ensure smooth process.
- Record and file sales transactions and documents.
- Support the sales team with order processing and customer follow-ups.
