Analytical mindset – able to interpret sales data to drive results. Willing to travel for store visits and events. We’re looking for a Retail Operations Executive to take charge of our day-to-day retail operations — ensuring every outlet runs smoothly, achieves strong sales, and delivers the brand experience our customers expect.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across retail outlets to ensure smooth execution and excellent customer service.
- Work closely with store and pop-up sales promoters to hit monthly sales targets and drive retail performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales promoters — keeping teams motivated, accountable, and high‑performing.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and campaign rollouts to maintain consistent brand presentation.
- Manage stock flow and replenishment between HQ, warehouse, and outlets to ensure optimal sell‑through.
- Monitor sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and improve operations.
- Support the setup and execution of retail promotions and pop-ups, especially during festive seasons.
