Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery : Develop, implement, and deliver engaging training programs (virtual & in-person) covering sales strategies, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Create learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and practical exercises. Training Coordination : Manage end-to-end logistics including scheduling, venue, equipment, and participant engagement to ensure smooth execution. Evaluation & Needs Analysis : Assess training effectiveness through surveys, evaluations, and performance metrics. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and align with organisational goals. Collaboration : Partner with HR, sales, and customer service teams to align training with business priorities and address capability gaps. Team Leadership : Lead and guide the L&D team by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture. Qualifications
A successful Training Manager should have : At Bachelor\'s Degree in HR or any relevant discipline. At least 4 years of experience as a Retail trainer. A strong background in training and development, ideally within the Retail industry. Proven ability to design, deliver, and assess training programs effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
