Training Strategy Development : Support the execution on the retail team front line develop comprehensive training programs that support the company’s goals and address employee skill gaps.Training Needs Assessment : Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs across departments and job roles through surveys, interviews, performance data, and consultations.Program Design and Delivery : execution on the training of vendor products with materials and curricula, including e-learning modules, workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training. Deliver training sessions or coordinate with trainers and external vendors.Team Management : work closely with the Area Manager and store manager and vendor team of trainers or coordinators. Facilitate continuous improvement and development of the training team.Training Evaluation and Reporting : Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Prepare reports and present findings to management.Compliance and Certification : Ensure training programs meet legal and industry compliance standards, including health and safety, regulatory requirements, and professional certifications.Mystery Shopper : Work on mystery shopper project to manage the productivity and aligned the direction on retail transformation.Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with department heads, HR and leadership to align training efforts with organizational priorities.Technology Utilization :Implement and maintain learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
About You
1. Education / What people Know
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience / What people Have Done
Proven at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a retail management role, with at least 2-3 years in a fast moving sales and management capacity, preferably in the telecommunication industry and in a managerial role.
3. Competencies / What people Can Do
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets across multiple locations.Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to mentorship sales staff and lead to improve productivity.Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using point-of-sales systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.Ability to travel frequently within the assigned geographical area.4. Personal Attributes / Who people Are
Methodical with sense of urgency and able to work independently.Basic understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., mobile networks, broadband) to better assist customers with technical inquiries or issues.5. Business justification to substantiate the role expansion (if applicable)
