Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Kajang. The Performance Marketing Executive will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, planning campaigns, and analyzing performance data. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross‑functional teams to optimize campaigns and achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs.
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant networks.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analyse campaign data and performance metrics , identifying insights and opportunities for continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, captions, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
- Conduct A / B testing and performance experiments to improve click‑through rates, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
- Prepare detailed campaign and monthly performance reports , highlighting key metrics, insights, successes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices — particularly across TikTok, Meta, and Google ecosystems.
- Support in content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms when required, ensuring consistency with campaign calendars.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and cross‑functional projects as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.Minimum one year of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads , or similar platforms.Good understanding of paid media fundamentals , digital funnels, and performance measurement.Proven experience running live ad campaigns with measurable results.Good analytical and Excel skills , with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights.Highly organised, detail‑oriented , and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.Fresh graduates
