Build Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.Customer Acquisition
Assist in identifying and onboarding new customers or channel partners through both digital channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach) and in-person meetings.Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback from resellers to support business development initiatives.Deliver Presentations
Prepare and conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for customers, partners, and system integrators.Reporting
Prepare and present regular sales reports to track progress, measure performance, and support strategic planning.Market Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential areas for business growth.Understand and address the evolving needs of customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints, recommend effective solutions, and provide ongoing support as needed.Develop and follow up on all sales leads to achieve assigned targets and quotas.Present proposals to potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.General
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of enterprise business software / IT solutions or customer relationship management. Equivalent work experience may be considered.Proven track record in business application software sales.Basic understanding of CRM, contact center operations, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.Demonstrated success with long-cycle sales campaigns in a consultative and competitive market.Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies.Experience in managing key business partners.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good written and verbal communication skills.Strong communications and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Possess a positive attitude, good time management, and attention to detail.Seniority level
