Responsibilities
To take a lead role in developing the overall functions of the assigned accounts to achieve company set objectives in sales
Achieve sales target and key performance indications (KPIs) set by company
Manage Company's trade budget, A&P, trading terms and to provide competitor's activities
Able to provide accurate account performance, management processes, sales forecasts and other relevant metrics to management
Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure implementation for customer promotion / category and 4Ps execution excellence
Improvement plan for merchandising, POSM, Location , Planogram, block displays, GEs and others.
Must be able to work with Sales team to ensure execution effectiveness, Store compliances within the company's agreed guidelines
To Review and manage inventory level is within an acceptable standard
Develop and maintain strong relationship with key accounts & Distributors
Trade visit to check & audit in store execution at the outlets level
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry in managing a major customer / account
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint & Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be willing to travel and have own transport
