Key Account Manager - FMCG

Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement tailored strategies for client growth. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights to improve results. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key account activities. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing key accounts in the FMCG industry.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
