SIG mainly exports its products to international markets including the USA, European countries, South America, China, Japan, Mexico, Australia and Canada. Responsibilities

Financial Data Management : Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports; maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers; and performing data entry into accounting software. Reconciliation : Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies. Administrative Support : Assist with general office tasks like filing, handling mail, answering phones, and managing documentation. Communication : Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and colleagues regarding financial queries, such as invoice statuses or payment details. Ad-hoc tasks : Be prepared for ad-hoc tasks as required by superior from time to time. Qualifications

Diploma with relevant experience and bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred. Proficiency in accounting software. High degree of accuracy and a meticulous approach to numbers. Excellent time management and organizational abilities are needed to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Application Questions
