Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support HR and administrative functions for our workforce. This role will play a key part in managing recruitment arrangements, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary matters, as well as coordinating for dormitory and transportation arrangement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and selection.
- Manage and ensure smooth onboarding process.
- Support employee relations by addressing staff concerns, maintaining engagement, and assisting in conflict resolution.
- Monitor and manage disciplinary cases in alignment with company policies and labour regulations.
- Oversee dormitory operations to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant living environment for employees.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements to support employee commuting and operational needs.
- Prepare reports, maintain HR records, and support other HR and administrative projects as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2 years of experience in HR coordination, employee relations, or administrative support (project-based environment preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Willing to work flexible hours when necessary and manage on-site requirements.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR-related systems / software.
