Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of IT & Lead Analyst to lead our technology roadmap, infrastructure, and data optimization initiatives. This is a leadership role for a local candidate with 15+ years in IT and systems architecture, who can bridge operations, innovation, and business intelligence. You’ll oversee IT strategy, manage digital transformation, and guide the team in delivering secure, scalable, and data-driven systems that support our agency’s growth and clients’ success.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term IT and data architecture roadmap
- Oversee digital transformation, system modernization, and security protocols
- Provide leadership in infrastructure design, software lifecycle management, and business continuity planning
System Development & Optimization
Lead internal and client-side application development using Laravel, PHP, Java, and WordPressOversee database management, system integrations, and backend efficiency improvementsDrive AI implementation and automation across tools and workflowsData Analytics & Intelligence
Develop and optimize dashboards, reporting structures, and analytics pipelinesTranslate complex datasets into business insights and predictive modelsEnsure data governance, security, and compliance across platformsInfrastructure & Risk Management
Maintain robust IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, and cybersecurityIdentify technology risks and create mitigation plansImplement best practices for uptime, performance, and data protectionTeam Management & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a cross-functional IT and analytics teamWork closely with marketing, operations, and creative departments to align digital needsManage vendors, outsourcing partners, and tech stack procurementRequirements
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in IT leadership rolesStrong technical expertise in Laravel, PHP, Java, AI tools, and WordPressDeep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, DevOps, and automationSolid understanding of data architecture, governance, and system integrationProficiency in English, both written and spokenExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skillsProficient in project management tools, version control, and technical documentationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldsLocal candidates onlyWhat We Offer
